The Story Behind the Company
Semper Fi Services began with two Marines who carried a bigger vision for life after active service. Over time, that vision became grounded in real responsibility, long-term friendship, and a shared determination to build something meaningful for themselves and their families.
Through deployments, transition, work, and fatherhood, the friendship remained. What held it together was not just shared history, but a shared mindset: keep moving, stay accountable, solve problems, and build something that lasts.

Thomas
The Face of the Company
Thomas brings a strong background in federal project execution, construction quality control, supplier coordination, and field operations. After serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2003-2007, and again from 2009-2015, he transitioned into construction and government project work where he gained direct experience supporting military installations, coordinating inspections, managing subcontractor activity, and maintaining accountability in demanding contract environments.
As Co-Owner of Semper Fi Services, Thomas leads supplier development, procurement coordination, and external operations. He is responsible for building relationships with manufacturers and distributors, supporting pricing and lead-time coordination, and helping ensure suppliers are prepared to meet documentation, inspection, and contract requirements.
David
The Behind-the-Scenes Operator
David is currently pursuing his education while building Semper Fi Services LLC from the ground up. He served 9 years in United States Marine Corps aviation, including over 5 years as a Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative.
As Co-Owner of Semper Fi Services, David leads internal operations, compliance, and quality system development. He is responsible for building and maintaining an AS9120-aligned Quality Management System, controlling documentation and traceability, and ensuring contracts are executed correctly from sourcing through delivery.
